New in Jazva: eBay Repricer, Analytics Dashboards & Enhanced CRM Tools

We're excited to share this month’s significant product updates, including the new eBay repricer, analytics dashboards and other business tools to optimize your daily operations and improve your sales.

Improved Business Intelligence Tools

New Analytics Dashboards - New dashboards are now available in Jazva, giving you the business intelligence and reporting tools you need to make smarter, data-driven decisions. No need to build out complicated reports from scratch! Just go to Shipping Analytics or Sales Analytics for a visual summary of your data.

Dashboard Widgets - Along with the new analytics dashboards, your main Jazva dashboard is now fully customizable, allowing you to add as many report widgets as you’d like, which you can easily resize, drag and drop from the homepage.

Listing Automation for eBay Sellers

New eBay Repricer - The built-in repricing tool will enable sellers to automatically adjust the price of their products based on competitor pricing for the same listings. Jazva’s smart and dynamic repricing solution will empower eBay sellers to be competitive in the crowded marketplace. This feature is currently in beta.

eBay Return Policy Enhancements - You can now configure who pays for the return shipping in your eBay listings. eBay sellers can easily manage their return and refund policies from Jazva’s eBay channel settings.

CRM, Dropship & Multi-Warehouse Updates

Auto-Apply Discounts to CRM Accounts - Coupons can be applied directly to specific CRM accounts. You can auto-apply discounts to particular customers, such as B2B customers and resellers, when orders are placed from your Jazva webstore or backend system.

Document Templates in CRM Accounts - Document templates have been added to the CRM, allowing you to assign specific templates to certain customer orders. You can brand dropship orders and wholesale orders with customer whitelabel packing slips.

CRM Financial Statement Revamp - Old account statements in CRM accounts have been updated with a new layout, giving you better organized financial data.

Dropship Enhancements - You now have more control over which email templates will be used and what documents will be sent to your dropship vendors. Multiple email templates will be available, and shipping labels can be embedded into the invoice or packing slip.

Multi-Warehouse Enhancements - It is now easier to distribute inbound inventory across multiple warehouses. By applying reorder weight to your facilities, purchase orders can be split in proportion to each facility’s current stock levels.
