Jazva: A Year in Review

It’s been a busy year for Jazva. We rolled out several new integrations, including Walmart Marketplace and Seller Fulfilled Prime, and we also released significant product features, such as built-in conversations and automated data feeds.

What’s more, our team went to Vegas and exhibited at SEMA for the first time. Throughout the year, we gained awesome new clients across a wide range of industries, and we launched several new sections to our website including a product tour and customer success stories.

Jazva by the numbers:

  • 5 new partner integrations
  • 482 enhancements and feature upgrades
  • 69% increase in new customers
  • 24% increase in orders processed

Some of significant product features we launched in 2016 include:

Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime
As an approved shipping integrator for Amazon’s SFP program, you can process and fulfill SFP orders directly through Jazva.

Order & CRM Conversations
With this built-in messaging tool, you can efficiently manage all communications related to orders, vendors and leads. Emails, notes and comments around a specific order, account or opportunity will be grouped into conversations.

Customer Data Feeds
Data feeds let you share and exchange data through FTP, email and automated feeds in Jazva. Wholesalers and B2B retailers who regularly need to share data and reports with customers or vendors will be able to push inventory and order fulfillment data, as well as pull order data through automated data feeds.

Amazon Vendor Central EDI Integration
Amazon vendors can connect their Vendor Central account in Jazva through EDI. This feature allows you to manage orders, order acknowledgements, invoices and advance shipping notices, all within Jazva.

Related Items & Add-Ons in Web Store
Products listed on your Jazva web store can be tied to product groups, allowing you to upsell, match or suggest related items and add-on options.

Work Smarter in the Next Year

2017 is right around the corner. eCommerce is booming, but getting more competitive. In fact, U.S. holiday spending this year is far exceeding predictions, expected to exceed $1 trillion and surpassing the National Retail Federation’s $655 billion initial forecast.

Here are some interesting stats on the 2016 holiday season:

  • 76% of Americans used mobile devices for holiday shopping.
  • 25% projected percentage increase in annual mobile sales.
  • 84% of shoppers checked on Amazon.com before looking or buying elsewhere.
  • More than 50% of consumers started holiday shopping before Thanksgiving weekend.

We bask in the success of our customers who were able to deliver excellent shopping experience to their customers and saw higher sales during this busy holiday season.

We sincerely appreciate the trust our customers have given us, letting us help their business flourish and scale to new heights. We look forward to another great year in ecommerce, with greater efficiency and product features on the horizon.

Thanks for a great year!
